The unconventional and extraordinary Quartet Ajaton creates four-dimensonal music that burns previous definitions into ashes. The siren-like voice and vividly glowing bandoneon lures the audience to uncharted waters, whereafter the ancient gamba mummifies the listener and the enigmatic Moog abducts into foreign galaxies… The quartet’s repertoire include both self-written and improvised sounds as well as some melodies borrowed from the East. A few early music works are heard too.
