Three distinguished musicians of the Finnish music scene have teamed up for this trio. The charismatic singer Sanni Orasmaa, Kari Ikonen, who at last year’s jazzahead!performed with his own group Karikko, and the percussion maker, player and sound creator Abdissa Assefa, have already had extensive careers in jazz both on a national and international level. The eye to eye meeting of these three acclaimed virtuosos results in very creative music that is composed and arranged by all members.
